You have been practicing for at least one  year and feel comfortable spinning off of the ground, and performing a russian split element

• Must include at least one spinning element into the choreography

• Drops are allowed but not required

• Must include high bar work

• May do high bar work and span set work

• Song length max: 4 minutes

• Floorwork and on the ground dance elements are permitted and encouraged
